What we process
When you submit a form we process the data you provide – typically name, organisation, role, work email and free text. Nothing else.
Why
To respond to your enquiry, deliver our white paper, or send the newsletter you have subscribed to. Legal basis: legitimate interest and consent respectively.
How long
Enquiries are kept as long as needed to complete the conversation, normally at most 24 months. Newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe (one click in every issue).
Data processors
Formspark (EU) receives and forwards form submissions. Plausible (EU) provides anonymised web analytics with no cookies or personal data. No third-party sharing for marketing purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection. Contact info@diadrom.se and we will respond within 30 days.
